Your surplus food can make a difference. Join us in bridging the gap between abundance and need.
Start Donating

We are driven by a simple yet powerful mission: to bridge the gap between surplus food and those in need. Every day, vast amounts of food are wasted while millions suffer from hunger and malnutrition. We believe that by connecting donors with communities in need, we can significantly reduce food waste and combat food insecurity.

Reducing food waste is central to our operations. We aim to create a more sustainable future by ensuring that every meal counts.
We believe in the power of communities. Our platform empowers both donors and recipients, fostering a network of support and social responsibility.
Our platform ensures transparency through real-time tracking, ensuring that donors, volunteers, and recipients are kept informed every step of the way.
Be Part of the Solution
Plate2People, also known as "Robin Food," is a hunger initiative developed as a solution to increasing food waste and uneven food distribution.
The initiative addresses the problem of increasing food wastage and the uneven distribution of food.In India, as of 2023, 194.6 million people live in extreme poverty according to UNFAO.
The initiative works by collecting leftover food from restaurants and hotels to prevent wastage and then distributing it to the less privileged, thus balancing food distribution
The customers, or beneficiaries, of Plate2People are the poor, needy, hungry, underprivileged, and slum people.
The business model primarily relies on fundings and advertising revenue. The idea can be monetized as the app's base increases.
The project's key partners include NGOs, volunteers, restaurants, investors, cloud kitchens, and advertisers.
The initiative uses a regulating app and a webpage for smooth coordination. This technology is integrated with Google Maps to locate highly dense places with a good network of restaurants, cloud kitchens, and food chains
The value proposition is to make quality food available at the lowest pocket money.Customers should also be satisfied with on-time delivery and the quality of the food.
The key activities include providing food at a subsidized rate for the poor, preventing food wastage in large restaurants, and achieving sustainability in the food industry.
